Do I need any experience?
Absolutely not. Many of Joanna's clients had never set foot in a gym before. Every programme starts from exactly where you are right now.
Where do sessions take place?
In-person sessions are in London — the exact location is shared on booking. Online sessions run via video call. You choose what works for you.
Can I book if I'm pregnant?
Yes — Joanna is fully qualified in pre and post natal training. She'll design a programme specifically for your stage of pregnancy and recovery goals.
What's your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice for a full reschedule or refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once free of charge.
How do I pay?
All payments are taken securely online via Stripe at the time of booking. You'll receive an automated invoice by email immediately after payment.
Is online coaching as effective?
For many clients, yes. You get a fully personalised programme, weekly check-ins with Joanna, and unlimited WhatsApp support — wherever you are.
I've had a C-section — is that okay?
More than okay — Joanna has been through a C-section recovery herself. She's fully qualified in post-natal training and will build a safe, progressive programme around your recovery timeline.
